2013 W-2 Reporting Requirements

Starting in 2013, ALL companies will be required to include employee benefits {that is accepting PPACA is not overthrown – which is unlikely by Jan 2013} on the employee’s W-2.    The details are lengthy so the following documents are offered:

At this point it is certain some form of Health Care Reform will be implemented whoever is nominated in November.   Let us hope the good provisions will remain and those destined to give the government full control will be eliminated.
